I see a lot of bots standing at the auto click windmill and doing nothing. So I think we should let the windmill be used by only one person at Terra Villa to limit the impact of bots on the prices of industries related to the windmill.

I think you should take a look at the suggestions from when there was no Public Windmill and see how much more annoying it was for players before when it was all one-use only
