Add a way to buy Land with a vPixel or even $PIXEL mortgage, where you can pay in installments.

Someone mentioned the same for VIP, which would also be interesting, and I think many players would be keen on vPIXEL "loans."

You could even have interest rates, fees etc like a real "bank", and proceeds get burned or sent to DAO treasury and so on.
