vPIXEL Loans / Mortgages for buying Land NFT

Add a way to buy Land with a vPixel or even $PIXEL mortgage, where you can pay in installments.
Someone mentioned the same for VIP, which would also be interesting, and I think many players would be keen on vPIXEL "loans."
You could even have interest rates, fees etc like a real "bank", and proceeds get burned or sent to DAO treasury and so on.

open a bank account and save for full price purchase outright. No one is going to 'rent' a 2k NFT with a token that is currently $0.005. I know it looks great for someone trying to buy one but realistically, there is NO trust from the owner of the NFT. Save up is the realistic option.

even a personal info can be bought. kyc is not also possible. there are a lot of risks with that.
one possible option is you can only get the nft if you paid the full amount in staggered.

leave a collateral that must have the same value of land. why not just buy a land. mortgage in nft is not possible. everyone is anonymous.

Kotenbu good point..maybe you'd have to deposit something as collateral, NFTs, etc...or that you need to leave Pixel staked/locked, idk..
just something to make lands more accessible to daily and long-term players willing to invest/risk a little bit, that leads to ownership, not rental :)
