Add gunpowder and tnt (to be made with coal, plaster and maybe some other stuff),

for instant mining use, when you use a tnt instead of a pickaxe, you get instant resources (but not xp) and you only can use 50 (or so) tnt per day (more for vips).

Extra: remove plaster from taskboard because this could increase its price.

Secondary: instead of be crafted, can be buyed with pixels.
