It would be great if a "tip jar" item is implemented, where land owners can make it available to everyone and so players can make their COIN/PIXELS donations. I see this as necessary for players who are not in any guild but use the land's industries and wish to express gratitude in some way. Regarding which industry this "tip jar" can be crafted, I think it would be Metalworking.

I was thinking about this too. Land owners spend thousands of coins for a stove but get nothing in return. If their land has metal working, wood working, stone, the land owners get nothing. It would be nice to show appreciation to the land owner somehow...
