As we get closer to the end of events like Carnival we should have some sort of announcement with a local timestamp. Otherwise it will be asked over and over: when does the carnival end.

Countdown till AMA in HUD?

We have had a couple events since this feedback and every time people are asking and asking. There is confusion around what time zones and etc. Things like Mocaverse had no warning, just suddenly ended. Countdowns create excitement and draw the community together.

At a bare minimum we need the start and end times with a local timestamp in the announcements.
