Surplus from other industries

Please let lands take surplus from other industries as well. Most of our members are requesting to change industries on our land but it's not being considered due to the limited options.

Also, winery and apiary can't even be crafted. Hoping that these will be available in the future.

As you can see, cooking industries take up space on land but do not generate any surplus.
In my view, there should be 2 choices: give surplus to land owners who use these industries or let them not occupy spaces like the potion table.
Example: I can have 4 mines +10 potion tables but I can't add a Submarine Sizzler BBQ Kit on my land since i have 4 mines, it seems a little unfair to me.
