While looking thru NFT lands, i came across a land owned by a person. I looked at their ETH wallet and saw they actually have four lands. Looking at their activity, they haven't traded, put up for sell or had ANY activity in their account for the past 3 years. They bought their lands 3 years ago for 0.06 eth. There are no industries on any of their lands and nothing to show that anyone is there. People are offering 36% above floor price also.
So what i am getting to is to verify land owners are still alive. If something horrible happens to a person, we have no idea that the owners are out of commission. google sends out a message to make sure the account owner is still using that account. If there is no answer, there is a secondary account to contact. Maybe Pixels can send out a complimentary "check in" to see if Land Owners are still interested in owning land. It would be nice to return the land either for sale or back into Pixels account for employees or as prizes. I hate seeing land go to waste.
