Make taskboard 1 minute cooldown, for players with less time playing the game

Can I suggest to make less cooldown on taskboard? cause it take 1-2 hrs to complete tb, for casual player who have less time playing the game

it really does slow down gameplay. What's there to do in your speck house for 2 minutes anyway?
