🔹Currently, guilds get paid a 1-time payment when members buy shards:

➡️Guild owners are therefore incentivized to either maximize guild member numbers (leading to overcapacity in industries utilization), or increase churn/turnover rate of members for steady inflow of shards income

➡️ Guild members are reluctant to want more members as they want less competition

🔸Having the option of NFT land access on a subscription-basis would be a potential solution that aligns the interests of both parties:

✅Guild owners more recurring $PIXEL income, reduced incentive to actively promote with the sole objective of increasing members and/or churn rate for shard purchases

✅Reduces the likelihood of overcapacity as they pay on a needs-basis (and they have to value the cost/benefit of subscribing for access to the land)
