Individual Leaderboard is not balanced

Everybody agrees brackets are broken, if you join the event after the first half of the week, you will not play against top players, but against people using this strategy to find soft brackets and exploit that. My bracket is from the first day and only 47 players have at least 1 point, 53 players saw a hard bracket and gave up.
The problem is to find a decent solution for this problem, I found 3 suggestions talking to another players here:
This solution still give a chance for poor players to compete against whales, if they really play the event. Only create the bracket after 4 sessions, only players that planted more than 1k spores and made more than 10k points are qualified. No player can join another bracket after the 4th session, but they can still play to help their guilds.
Second solution is having a global individual ranking. Lets say there are 3000 players that played in the week, so there will be 30 divisions. So share the tier 1 reward for 1st - 30th, tier 2 rewards for 31st - 60th...
Remove ranking rewards and use threshold only. Like splitting 50k for players that got 5k points, 100k for players that got 30k and 150k for players that got 100k points.
All solutions fix the exploit of joining later with multi accounts and getting free rewards on those soft brackets.

GW participants should meet required reputation to join

Current division setup on weekly leaderboard can be easily botted as late comers can still join and eventually be part of divisions with just bots since real and heavy players have most likely participated and are already in a division. We need a way to filter out bots from joining the GW divisions by implementing a Reputation requirement

I believe the ideal balance would be; t1 compete with t1, t2 compete with t2 and so on. If possible, even separate by account level

BloodyFenrir Your idea is good. However, I would agree with you if the max numbers of players in each Tier was respected.

It has bots and macros. The biggest problem is the macro, which guilds use and abuse absurdly. I already went to attack a guild with 4 participants and we lost to 1. It's impossible for him to be able to plant, water and harvest everything at the same time.
the guild in question is Blockchain Warriors

Agreed, bots and extractors can make their own "brackets" which is problematic
